Average tips in Bonefish Grill per shift?

Bonefish grill has just opened a new restaurant here in Florida. I would like to ask someone who works there how much I would be making as a server in tips per shift. They wear uniforms like cooks, no runners or bussers. Do they pool the tips? I am kind of picky for my next job. Thanks in advance for all different answers and opinions.

I worked at Bonefish for 3 and a half years in Tallahassee and I can answer a few things for you. I never served, but we had a very successful carry out service at our store, so I definately served my share of customers.

Tips are not pooled, and there are actually bussers. One thing that Bonefish stresses heavily though is that EVERYONE busses and EVERYONE runs food. It is an extremely teamwork oriented restaurant. Hosts, bussers and bartenders work off of tipshare, and servers are responsible for tipping out 3% of sales.

I loved Bonefish and while I can't get you an exact amount that you will make, I can tell youthat the money is generally very good. Just make sure you learn all about the food and WINE! The training process is VERY in depth, but you get to try a lot of the food. Also, if this is a brand new store, I highly suggest becoming an opening member. I opened several stores, and it is a BLAST!

Bonefish Grill?

I'm thinking about taking my mother there for her birthday and I saw it while I was driving. The food looks good from their online website. But, is it expensive or an acceptable cost? Should about $40 be enough for two people?

if you only get dinners and no drinks desserts or appetizers you could get away with under $50 (including tip).. it is a little high but much better than other chains in the same price range (carraba's, macaroni grill, red lobster, olive garden)

What are the average prices for a dinner at bonefish grill?

I'm looking at taking my girlfriend there for her birthday. I was wondering what the average price for food on the menu is. I would like to spend at most $30 dollars on each of us.

What is the recipe for Bonefish Grill's Bang Bang Shrimp?

... and NO it's not Dinni's Select I had purchased it online and tried it and it's nothing like Bonefish and now I'm stuck with three bottles of this crap because they won't refund my money. I should've been suspect of any company that forces you to purchase a minimum of three bottles.
I know it says Dinni's Select EVERYWHERE on the web but that is only because they have infiltrated every thread, search engine and discussion board on this subject. I swear they must have a full-time employee that does nothing but search the web looking for this topic just to plug their expensive horrible knock-off.

BANG BANG SHRIMP

1 pound of shrimp, peeled
cornstarch
SAUCE:
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce to taste
a few drops of Tuong of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (Sriracha is very hot, if you like it hot add more)

Coat the shrimp with cornstarch; set aside.

To make the sauce combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, hot sauce.

Deep fat fry the shrimp until crunchy and light brown. Don’t overcook. Drain the shrimp on paper towels.

Put the shrimp in a bowl and then stir in the sauce. Enjoy.

You can buy the Thai Sweet Chili Sauce at Walmart in the Asian Section.

what is the healthiest thing to order at bonefish grill?

i'm going there soon and i want something healthy...any suggestions?
